Apex Receives Cargo and Discharges at the Chevron Berth   Jacksonville Harbor information:   Drafts - (fresh) Entrance to channel - 46'0 ft Harbor channel - 44'0 ft -West side of channel at berths 20 & 22 is 37'00 with a turning restriction for drafts of 30'00 to flood tide only Turning basin - 38'0 ft Maximum allowed draft - 40'0 ft   Inbound vessels with draft over 33'00 but no more than 36' shall start in no sooner than 15 minutes before start of flood current on the bar. Vessels with a draft of greater than 36' shall start in no sooner than 30 minutes after the start of flood current on the bar.
