USTR Section 301 Comment Announcement

The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) has announced a public comment process on the proposed suspension of Section 301 port fees beginning on November 10, 2025.

As explained in the formal notice, interested persons should submit written comments by November 7, 2025, at 5:00 p.m., EST.

Link below to access previously submitted comments in response to this notice -or- to submit your own thoughts.

It is important to note that neither USTR nor U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) have made any changes to Section 301 enforcement yet, and that the November 10th suspension date is not official until declared otherwise.

We are carefully monitoring this matter and will revert with further updates.
