Please find attached MSIB xx-24 as the COTP has established a worksite in he Corpus Christi Ship Channel, Inner Harbor, from Epic West Dock across the channel to near Bulk Dock 2. Callan Marine has informed the U.S. Coast Guard that they will be removing 2 pieces of submerged pipeline in the Inner Harbor, on 26 APRIL 2024 from 1000 to 1400.

Moderate to strong onshore flow will develop today, as an upper-level disturbance approaches the southwestern United States. 
A persistent strong onshore can be expected Friday through Monday,
with periods of Small Craft Advisory or Small Craft Exercise Caution conditions. 
Winds become weak to moderate during the day Monday and will persist through the remainder of the period.
Isolated showers and thunderstorms will be possible daily Sunday through Tuesday as a couple weak disturbances move over the area.
