Per the below, NOBRA Pilots have advised that tomorrow May 25th, 2024 the river stage at Carrolton will reach 12' and continue to fall.  So, upon that milestone being reached the BOE will rescind its high-water restriction that was officially issued May 17th , 2024.  
 
Attached is the NOBRA pilot restriction notice issued on May 17th for your reference.
