Mariners are advised that a large-scale Jet Ski event is scheduled for June 28, 2025, from noon until 2 p.m.
Approximately 300 jet skis and other support vessels will launch from various locations
around New York Harbor, Hudson River, and East River to gather in the vicinity of the
Pepsi Cola Sign on the East River, Long Island City, NY. The jet skis and support vessels
will then transit west-bound through the East River towards Battery Park and then northbound
in the Hudson River towards the George Washington Bridge. An increased presence
of law enforcement officials will be monitoring activities on the affected waterways.
Mariners are encouraged to maintain awareness and report any unsafe conditions to local
law enforcement or the Coast Guard on marine band
