FEDERAL, STATE & LOCAL FILING REQUIREMENTS:
96 Hours - advance notice of arrival required by USCG
48 Hours - advance receipt of crew list by Immigration for any vessel arriving from a foreign port, or arriving coast wise with detained crew.
24 Hours (minimum) - Foreign cargo must have manifest submitted to Customs & Border Patrol AMS. Bond must be filed for foreign flag vessels or U.S. flag arriving with foreign cargo aboard. 24 Hours - advance notice to Pilots
24 Hours - advance fax of crew list and approved visitors required by Terminal.
72 Hours - post port call; the Port Authority requires bill of lading figures for all bulk cargo.
Port Security - All persons doing business within Port Authority property must have security pass from GPA. All persons wanting unescorted access to any vessel must have a valid TWIC.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A cold front over the central
waters early today, will become nearly stationary over the same
general area by this afternoon as low pressure over the SE states
moves toward the E and NE. The low will slowly strengthen and
track NE into the waters tonight with the stationary front
lifting N as a warm front. The low will continue to strengthen
and pass N of the waters by later Tue with a trailing cold front
moving E over the region. The low will track NE away from the
waters Tue night with the trailing cold front clearing E of the
area. High pressure will slowly build E toward the waters Wed
into Wed night, with a series of low pressure troughs or
secondary cold fronts crossing the northern waters. The high will
expand over the southern waters by later Wed night, then build
over most of the waters Thu, and then shift E of the waters Thu
night as the next low pressure system develops near or off the
North Carolina coast. The strengthening low will move NE through
the region Fri into Fri night while pulling a strong cold front
through the waters.
