James joined Moran over 20 years ago as a Vessel Agent in our New Haven, CT office. He was soon promoted to Vessel Manager, thanks in large part to the skills he developed as an Agent and his remarkable talent building relationships with coworkers, customers, vendors, and all other members of the international maritime community. Since 2021, James has also served as Moran’s Quality Manager and has been instrumental in maintaining - and improving - our longstanding ISO 9001 Quality Management System. 

James oversees Moran’s operations from Connecticut to Maine and continues to support both our AMS and Offshore Wind teams.
