Our contractors’ primary role is to observe and advise the onboard activities to help ensure a safe and pollution-free operation at the clients’ terminals and to help protect the environment by using their Stop Work Recommendation Authority. The advisors also observe and advise the Dock PIC as needed.
MPSC provides around-the-clock coverage, 365 days per year, for an average of 700+ ships/OBG and 4,500 inland barge calls, requiring 3,000+ assignments annually across various terminals in the last three years.
We are proud to state that our vessel non-coverage rate is less than .5% in the last five years , well below the KPI coverage criteria set by our clients.
