Moran utilizes real-time ship tracking services to ensure the timely arrival of our PSA’s. This helps to avoid additional costs associated with PSA’s waiting for a vessel’s arrival, while reducing delays in terminal operations by avoiding a late arrival by the contractor.

In addition to using such tools as Port Vision, PilotTracker, Moran is proactive in calling the terminals, agents, line handlers and others rather than waiting for them to notify us of changes, thus reducing costs to our clients and delays of PSA’s arrival.

Moran ensures that the PSA’s are not fatigued, which helps improve PSA safety and productivity.

Moran provides Daily Scheduling slates to our contractors and all other concerned parties.

Moran utilizes a customized SharePoint site to track Memos related to our programs and Vessel Performance Reports for PSA reference of prior vessel turnarounds. We can expand this site to capture any additional data required.
