Synopsis for Massachusetts and Rhode Island coastal waters:
Weak low pressure tracks south of New England Monday, followed by
another weak low with a similar track Tuesday.  Then Wednesday, low
pressure moves into the Great Lakes with secondary low pressure
developing over the Mid Atlantic states. This low evolves into a
gale center Wednesday night and then tracks northeast along or near
the eastern MA/NH and ME coastline Thu and Fri.  NE gales and
dangerous seas are likely across the MA waters. The low slowly moves
offshore next weekend.
