High pres moves offshore today. A warm front will cross the waters
today followed by a cold front tonight. High pres builds across New
Eng and the waters from Fri through next Mon.

.TODAY...S winds 10 to 15 kt with gusts up to 25 kt. Seas 5 to
7 ft. Wave Detail: E 7 ft at 11 seconds. A slight chance of
showers this morning, then a chance of showers with isolated
tstms this afternoon with vsby 1 to 3 NM.
.TONIGHT...SW winds 10 to 15 kt with gusts up to 25 kt, becoming
W 5 to 10 kt after midnight. Seas 5 to 7 ft. Wave Detail: E 7 ft
at 11 seconds and S 2 ft at 4 seconds. Showers likely in the
evening. A chance of showers after midnight. Vsby 1 NM or less,
increasing to 1 to 3 NM after midnight.
.FRI...NW winds 5 to 10 kt, becoming SW in the afternoon. Seas
3 to 5 ft. Wave Detail: E 5 ft at 11 seconds.
.FRI NIGHT...S winds around 5 kt, becoming N after midnight. Seas
2 to 4 ft. Wave Detail: E 4 ft at 10 seconds.
.SAT AND SAT NIGHT...NE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 to 3 ft. Wave
Detail: E 3 ft at 10 seconds and NE 1 foot at 3 seconds.
.SUN THROUGH MON NIGHT...E winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 to 4 ft. Wave
Detail: E 3 ft at 9 seconds and NE 2 ft at 5 seconds.
 
Winds and seas higher in and near tstms.
 
Seas are reported as significant wave height, which is the
average of the highest third of the waves. Individual wave
heights may be more than twice the significant wave height.
