Low pres near western CT meanders westward into NY state and
Pennsylvania, then south of New England Fri night. The low then
exits into the Gulf of Maine Sat and Maritimes Sun. Gusty NW winds
are expected over the waters this weekend. Weak high pressure builds
across the MA and RI waters Monday. A cold front moves across New
England Tuesday night, followed by dry northwest flow Wednesday..

...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY IN EFFECT THROUGH SATURDAY MORNING...
 
.TODAY...S winds 20 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt, becoming SE
10 to 15 kt with gusts up to 20 kt this afternoon. Seas 5 to
8 ft. Wave Detail: SE 7 ft at 7 seconds and S 1 foot at
3 seconds. A chance of rain this afternoon.
.TONIGHT...E winds 10 to 15 kt, becoming N with gusts up to 20 kt
after midnight. Seas 4 to 5 ft. Wave Detail: SE 4 ft at 7 seconds
and N 1 foot at 3 seconds. Patchy fog. Rain. Vsby 1 to 3 NM.
.SAT...NW winds 20 to 25 kt, increasing to 25 to 30 kt in the
afternoon. Seas 4 to 6 ft. Wave Detail: NW 4 ft at 4 seconds and
E 4 ft at 7 seconds. Patchy fog. Rain. Vsby 1 to 3 NM in the
morning.
.SAT NIGHT...NW winds 25 to 30 kt with gusts up to 35 kt. Seas
5 to 8 ft. Wave Detail: NW 6 ft at 5 seconds and NE 4 ft at
7 seconds. Rain likely, mainly in the evening.
.SUN AND SUN NIGHT...NW winds 20 to 25 kt with gusts up to 35 kt.
Seas 5 to 7 ft. Wave Detail: W 6 ft at 5 seconds and NE 3 ft at
8 seconds.
.MON...W winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. Wave Detail: NW 4 ft
at 5 seconds.
.MON NIGHT...SW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas around 2 ft. A chance of
rain.
.TUE...SW winds 10 to 15 kt with gusts up to 20 kt. Seas 2 to
3 ft. Rain likely.
.TUE NIGHT...W winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt. Seas
3 to 5 ft. A chance of rain.
