.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...

Strong to very strong northeasterly flow in response to a cold front this morning will continue through tomorrow morning. 

A Small Craft Advisory remains in effect over the near and offshore waters through late Thursday morning for winds of 20-30 knots and seas up to 10-11 feet. 

The bays will also be under a Small Craft Advisory through midnight Thursday. 

There is a low chance of showers and thunderstorms today as the front moves through. 

Moderate to strong flow is anticipated through this weekend, with periods of Small Craft Advisory conditions possible. 

Mostly dry conditions will continue with only a 10-20% chance of showers and thunderstorms through next week.
