Please find attached MSIB 86-24 as Invista has informed the US Coast Guard that they will be running electrical transmission lines across the Victoria Bage Canal on 30/October 4/November and 5/November between the hours of 1300 and 1800 each day.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
A weak to moderate south to southeasterly flow can be expected through Friday. 
Moderate southeasterly flow is expected Friday night through Saturday with winds increasing to stronger levels over 20 knots Saturday night into Sunday. 
Winds Sunday night will increase to 25- 30 knots across the Gulf waters with gusts approaching Gale force. 
Winds will decrease back to the 20-25 knot range Monday afternoon and remain strong through Monday night.
Medium chances for rain will remain in the forecast over the local waters Saturday and Monday night through Tuesday.
