.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...

Strong to very strong flow will continue today with gusts to near Gale Force before diminishing to more moderate to strong flow  ahead of an approaching cold front tonight into Tuesday morning.
A low (15-25%) chance of showers and thunderstorms early today  will increase to a moderate to high (50-80%) chance of showers and thunderstorms by this evening.
Moderate to strong southerly flow  early Tuesday will decrease to weak to moderate as winds shift  north to northeast as a front moves offshore. 
A moderate  northeasterly flow on Wednesday will gradually shift back to the  southeast late Wednesday into Thursday. 
Onshore flow will  strengthen to occasionally strong levels as an upper level  disturbance approaches late in the week. 
Low chances for shower and storms will continue through the week with the best chances  over the offshore waters.
