.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
Moderate to strong north to northeasterly winds will persist through this morning in wake of a cold front, leading to a Small Craft Advisory over the open waters.
Northeasterly winds will diminish this afternoon and become light around or less than 10 knots tonight.
Weak east- northeasterly flow Friday, becomes onshore Friday night and through the weekend.
Onshore flow will strengthen to moderate to strong levels ahead of our next cold front early next week, leading to another period of Small Craft Advisory conditions.
Moisture increased ahead of the front will warrant a 20-30% chance of showers and storms over the waters early next week.
Once the front is through, north moderate to strong flow is expected.
