 ship while transiting under the Corpus Christi New Harbor Bridge due to fall hazards created during construction. 
 It is recommended practice until further notice to ensure safety of vessel and crew during transit.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
A cold front has pushed through the waters through this morning with fresh northerly winds prevailing in its wake. 
These winds will decrease markedly during the daytime hours, becoming gentle by this afternoon. 
South-southwesterly winds will increase during the day on Wednesday in advance of another cold front, with speeds potentially approaching advisory criteria by Wednesday afternoon.
Moderate onshore flow Wednesday night will become moderate to strong northerly flow ahead of an approaching cold front. 
Winds will strengthen to strong flow late Thursday into Friday, with Small Craft Advisory conditions expected. 
Winds will gradually weaken and shift back to the east and southeast Friday and into the weekend.
