Please see attached MSIB 90-24 The Coast Guard is advising all mariners to exercise caution and remain within the skin of the ship while transiting under the Corpus Christi New Harbor Bridge due to fall hazards created during construction. 
It is recommended practice until further notice to ensure safety of vessel and crew during transit.

Please see attached MSIB XX-25 as the Captain of the Port will establish a moving safety zone 500 yards around the heavy lift vessel XIN GUANG HUA in the Corpus Christi and La Quinta Ship Channel 
as it is transported from Kiewit Offshore to sea buoy on 15 January 2025 between the hours of 0700 and 1900.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...

Strong onshore flow between 20-30 knots is expected late this morning into this afternoon as a surface low pressure approaches the region. 
After sunset during the evening hours, winds are expected to shift the northwest, remaining strong between 20-26 knots through Friday night. 
Therefore, a Small Craft advisory was issued for the Gulf waters this morning and adding the bays and waterways tonight. 
Rain chances will continue to increase this morning with widespread rain across the local waters through tonight before gradually decreasing tomorrow morning into the afternoon hours.
Visibilities across the bays and Gulf waters could be reduced to 1 to 3 NM today and tonight within the heavier showers. Strong northwest flow late Friday will become moderate early Saturday. 
Flow will shift to the northeast early next week increasing to strong again. 
Small Craft Advisory conditions are likely through tomorrow night and again early next week. 
There's a low (15-30%) chance for showers over the waters most days increasing to a moderate chance  (up to 45%) on Tuesday.
