"Sustained 20-25 knot winds and negative tide levels are observed on the Houston Ship Channel and Galveston Bay.  
 A Small Craft Advisory is in effect until 7pm this evening. 
A Low Water Advisory is in effect until 4pm Monday. 
Mariners are advised to consider these weather conditions before beginning or continuing their transit.”
