Tropical Storm force winds (34 kts/39 mph) from Hurricane Helene are no longer predicted to impact the coastal areas along the COTP Mobile Area of Operations. The U.S. Coast Guard Captain of the Port, Mobile (COTP) sets Post Storm Zulu for certain ports within the Sector Mobile area including the Port of Panama City, Port of St. Joe, and the GIWW between MM 270-376 including east to St. Marks, FL.
