Please note the below and attached USCG MSIB received regarding the Mississippi River Carrollton river Gauge reaching 12’ and rising.

Attached is the Coast Guard’s high water MSIB. 
As a reminder, when the Carrollton Gauge reaches 12 feet the NOBRA Pilots have placed a daylight only mooring/unmooring restriction at the buoy systems and terminals that require a line boat for mooring/unmooring operations.   We have requested confirmation that this restriction will once again be in effect and will advise once received
