Starting December 9th, all further ENOA/D submissions will need to be submitted using the new NVMC Workbook 8.0.
 
Starting  December 9, 2025 U.S. Coast Guard is updating gender-related data elements for Notice of Arrival/Departure (NOAD) submissions. This update requires changes to the underlying data structure and will introduce a new workbook (version 8.0) and XML schema (version 4.0) for all email submissions, NOAD web service submissions, and eNOAD imports. After this date no previous versions will be accepted the new workbook version 8.0 is attached and will be accepted starting December 9, 2025 please save the workbook and start using it on that date. 
DO NOT USE BEFORE DECEMBER 9th, 2025
