The Coast Guard has received a report of a Person in the Water in the vicinity of MM 04 AHP near Cubits Gap at 1200 Hrs. The Mississippi River is closed to all Marine traffic except vessels assisting in the search from MM 0 to MM 04 AHP until further notice.
All vessels keep a sharp lookout and report any sightings to New Orleans Traffic on VHF-FM Channels 11 or 67, or contact the VTC via landline at (504) 365-2514.
