Kindly note, starting December 9, 2025, U.S. Coast Guard will require a new workbook (version 8.0) for all email submissions, NOA/D web service submissions, and eNOA/D imports.

After this date no previous versions will be accepted.

The new workbook version 8.0 is attached and will be accepted starting December 9, 2025.

Please save the workbook and start using it on that date.

DO NOT USE BEFORE DECEMBER 9th, 2025.
