"At 1535 (local) December 4, 2025, 25-30 knot winds gusting to 35 knots and 2-3 ft seas have been reported in the Lower Houston Ship Channel and Galveston Bay.  
 
A National Weather Service Small Craft Advisory is in effect until midnight tonight. 
 
Mariners are advised to consider these conditions before beginning or continuing transits."
