“Negative tide levels have been observed in the Houston Ship Channel and Galveston Bay. A National Weather Service Low Water Advisory remains in effect until 6pm (local) Thursday, January 1, 2026.   Mariners are advised to consider the effects of low water conditions before beginning or continuing their transits.”
