15-20 knot sustained winds with gusts to 30 knots is expected for the Lower Houston Ship Channel and Galveston Bay. A National Weather Service Small Craft Advisory will be in effect from 3pm this afternoon to 6am Thursday morning.

Low Water conditions are possible after midnight, especially during low tide cycles.

Mariners are advised to consider these weather conditions before beginning or continuing their transit and anticipate the hazards associated with low water conditions.”
