Pilotage services are resuming effective 1200,24 February 2026. This winter storm has been an exceptional event and we are working to expedite vessel movements.
 
Please ensure that terminals and vessels are ready for dockings/undockings, that paths are clear and bitts/bollards accessible to linemen and safe routes of travel to, and aboard, ships are maintained.
