At 12:00 EST on September 26, 2025, Port Readiness Condition WHISKEY was set for the Port of Savannah due to the potential impact from INVEST 94L. As conditions may change rapidly, you are encouraged to frequently check MSU Savannah’s Facebook page or NAVCEN website for the most up to date information. The website can be found at www.navcen.uscg.gov

As per 33 CFR 165.780, a safety zone will be established at port condition YANKEE to restrict the transit of all commercial, oceangoing vessels, barges over 500GT, and vessels deemed by the COTP to pose a significant threat to bridges/waterways. Therefore, all applicable vessels shall make plans to depart no later than the setting of condition YANKEE unless authorized by the COTP.  All commercial, oceangoing vessels, barges over 500GT, and vessels  Deemed by the COTP to pose a significant threat to bridges/waterways that wish to remain in port should prepare to submit a Remain In Port Request in accordance with Enclosure (1) or (2). Submissions should be sent to MSU Savannah four hours prior to the setting of Port Condition X-RAY.
