Synopsis for Massachusetts and Rhode Island coastal waters:
Weak high pressure remains over the MA/RI waters through Wednesday
night.  Then a cold front moves across New England late Thursday,
followed by strong N to NW winds, possibly reaching low end gale
force. High pressure builds into the Mid Atlantic waters Friday and
Saturday, yielding diminishing winds across New England. Then
coastal low pressure may track up the eastern seaboard Sunday. High
pressure and quieter weather likely follows early next week.
