Synopsis for Massachusetts and Rhode Island coastal waters:
High pressure over the Ohio Valley early Friday morning builds into
New England through Saturday.  Saturday evening low pressure emerges
off the VA coast, strengthening into a gale center as it tracks
northeast near the 40N/70W benchmark Sunday, then across Georges
Bank Sunday night. High pressure builds into New England Monday and
possibly lingers into Tuesday.
