Synopsis for Massachusetts and Rhode Island coastal waters:
Dry with light wind this morning, but high pressure moves offshore
this afternoon and then winds begin increase out of the SSE ahead of
the next potent weather system. A strong low pressure system will
bring dangerous marine conditions starting tonight lasting though
Wednesday night. Winds could gust as high as 60mph and waves as
large as 10-20 feet.
