Low-pressure system will bring snow and rain to the coastal waters
late tonight through Tuesday evening as it passes over the Islands
Tuesday afternoon, though winds should remain below advisory
criteria. High pressure returns for midweek, then our next system
passes just south of the waters Friday and Friday night. High
pressure building towards the mid Atlantic states will bring very
cold conditions for the waters Saturday and Sunday.

.TODAY...E winds 10 to 15 kt with gusts up to 25 kt. Seas 2 to
3 ft. Rain. Snow this morning. Vsby 1 NM or less.

6 ft. A chance of rain. Vsby 1 to 3 NM.
