Synopsis for Massachusetts and Rhode Island coastal waters:
High pressure over Quebec today shifts east of the Canadian
Maritimes later Wednesday. This allows a couple waves of low
pressure to lift northeast across the waters Wed night into Fri. A
ridge of high pressure follows Fri night into Sat. A potential
coastal storm may impact the waters sometime Sat night into
Sun...but its track and intensity remains uncertain at this point.
