A weak frontal system moves over the waters today, with weak high
pres developing over the waters tonight into Tues. A strong cold
front approaches from the west Wed to bring strong south winds to
the waters. The cold front crosses the waters Wednesday night, which
will shift winds to the northwest and be quite gusty on Thurs. Winds
ease Thurs night as high pres moves in.
