Synopsis for Massachusetts and Rhode Island coastal waters:
A deep closed upper level low over the Ohio Valley will only slowly
lift northeast though the middle of the week resulting in periods of
showers and isolated thunderstorms. This closed low finally lifts to
our north by Thu. However...a surface low pres system will likely
lift NE from the southeast/mid Atlantic states into our region by
Fri and Sat.
