Synopsis for Massachusetts and Rhode Island coastal waters:
A weak cold front will stall across the waters today. Weak high pres
will build over the waters this weekend into early next week as a
weak low passes S of the waters on Sun. A strong cold front will
push to the south by Tue evening which will keep Humberto offshore,
but Humberto will bring increasing swell to the waters Tue and Wed.
Strong high pres will build over eastern Canada Wed and Thu with
gusty NE winds developing.

.TODAY...W winds 10 to 15 kt with gusts up to 20 kt, becoming SW
5 to 10 kt this afternoon. Seas 2 to 4 ft. Wave Detail: SW 4 ft
at 5 seconds and SE 3 ft at 10 seconds. Patchy fog this morning
with vsby 1 to 3 NM.
.TONIGHT...SW winds 5 to 10 kt, becoming NW after midnight. Seas
2 to 3 ft. Wave Detail: SE 3 ft at 8 seconds and W 1 foot at
3 seconds.
.SAT...N winds 5 to 10 kt, becoming E in the afternoon. Seas 2 to
3 ft. Wave Detail: S 2 ft at 7 seconds and SE 2 ft at 8 seconds.
.SAT NIGHT...S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas around 2 ft. Wave Detail:
