A weak cold front will stall across the waters today. Weak high pres
will build over the waters this weekend into early next week as a
weak low passes S of the waters on Sun. A strong cold front will
push to the south by Tue evening which will keep Humberto offshore,
but Humberto will bring increasing swell to the waters Tue and Wed.
Strong high pres will build over eastern Canada Wed and Thu with
gusty NE winds developing.
