High pres remains anchored SE of the srn New England waters through
today. SW winds becoming breezy this afternoon into Wednesday. Rain
arrives late tonight and continues through Wed. Another high pres
arrives from the NW Wed night into Thu, then moves over the N Atlc
this weekend.

3 ft at 4 seconds and E 2 ft at 10 seconds.
.TONIGHT...S winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 30 kt. Seas 3 to
4 ft. Wave Detail: S 4 ft at 4 seconds and E 1 foot at 9 seconds.
.WED...SW winds 15 to 20 kt, becoming NW in the afternoon. Gusts
