An area of low pres extending from the Great Lakes into Quebec will
continue to result in gusty SW winds and choppy seas through Thu.
This low will shift east of the region as high pres builds in from
the W Fri into the weekend. The result will be winds shifting to the
NW and gradually diminishing along with the seas.
