Synopsis for Massachusetts and Rhode Island coastal waters:
Gusty SW winds will result in one more day of choppy seas today.
Winds and seas diminish Fri into the weekend. Winds will shift to
the W and then a NW direction as high pres noses down from Quebec.
This high pres system shifting further east into Quebec will result
in winds becoming NE and also see speeds and seas increase given
stronger pressure gradient. Winds and seas may increase further by
mid to late next week with the potential for a coastal storm..
