Synopsis for Massachusetts and Rhode Island coastal waters:
High pres builds in from the west through the weekend centering
itself across Quebec. This high will gradually shift towards the
Maritimes early next week as a wave of low pres develops to our
south. The increasing pres gradient will result in gusty NE winds
and building seas early next week. This will be followed by a
potential coastal storm that may develop into a Gale center by mid
to late next week.
