Synopsis for Massachusetts and Rhode Island coastal waters:
Large high pres will remain across Quebec through Wed. This will
combine with a few weak waves of low pres passing well SE of the
Benchmark Tue into Wed. This will bring gusty NE winds and rough
seas to the waters Tue and Wed. This will be followed by strong low
pres that will pass near or west of the waters Thu into Thu
night...lifting into northern New England and the Canadian Maritimes
Fri and Fri night.

.TODAY...N winds 10 to 15 kt with gusts up to 20 kt. Seas 3 to
4 ft. Wave Detail: N 3 ft at 4 seconds and E 2 ft at 11 seconds.
A slight chance of showers.
.TONIGHT...N winds 10 to 15 kt, increasing to 15 to 20 kt after
midnight. Gusts up to 25 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Wave Detail: N 4 ft
at 5 seconds and SE 1 foot at 7 seconds. A chance of showers
after midnight.
.TUE...N winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 30 kt. Seas 3 to
5 ft. Wave Detail: N 5 ft at 6 seconds and SE 1 foot at
