Large high pres will remain across Quebec through Wed. This will
combine with a few weak waves of low pres passing well SE of the
Benchmark Tue into Wed. This will bring gusty NE winds and rough
seas to the waters Tue and Wed. This will be followed by strong low
pres that will pass near or west of the waters Thu into Thu
night...lifting into northern New England and the Canadian Maritimes
Fri and Fri night.
