Synopsis for Massachusetts and Rhode Island coastal waters:
A strong area of high pressure remains parked across eastern Canada
through Wednesday. This will combine with a few weak waves of low
pressure systems passing well southeast of the Benchmark tomorrow
into Wednesday, bringing gusty northeast winds and rough seas to the
waters both days. Following, a strong area of low pressure passes
near or west of the waters Thursday into Thursday night, lifting
into northern New England and the Canadian Maritimes on Friday.
