Synopsis for Massachusetts and Rhode Island coastal waters:
High pres moves across the waters Mon evening then offshore late Mon
night. A coastal low will track NE from the mid Atlc coast Tue and
develop into a Gale center as it passes south and east of Nantucket
Tue night. High pres will move from the Ohio Valley to the mid Atlc
coast Wed into Wed night. An arctic front will push across New Eng
and the waters Thu into Thu evening. High pres builds over the
waters Fri.
Coastal waters east of Ipswich Bay and the Stellwagen Bank National Marine Sanctuary:

.TODAY...W winds 20 to 25 kt, becoming NW 15 to 20 kt this
afternoon. Seas 3 to 5 ft. Wave Detail: W 5 ft at 5 seconds and S
2 ft at 7 seconds.
.TONIGHT...N winds 10 to 15 kt, becoming E 5 to 10 kt after
midnight. Seas 2 to 4 ft. Wave Detail: N 3 ft at 5 seconds and SE
1 foot at 7 seconds.
.TUE...S winds 5 to 10 kt, becoming SE 10 to 15 kt with gusts up
to 20 kt in the afternoon. Seas 2 to 3 ft. Wave Detail: NE 2 ft
at 4 seconds and NW 1 foot at 3 seconds. A chance of rain in the
morning, then rain in the afternoon. Patchy fog in the afternoon
