Kindly note, starting December 9, 2025 U.S. Coast Guard will require a new workbook (version 8.0) for all email submissions, NOAD web service submissions, and eNOAD imports. After this date no previous versions will be accepted, even for updates and departures if you used older versions for the arrival. The new workbook version 8.0 is attached and will be accepted starting December 9, 2025. Please save the workbook and start using it on that date. DO NOT USE BEFORE DECEMBER 9th, 2025.

.TODAY...NW winds 25 to 30 kt, becoming N 20 to 25 kt this
afternoon. Seas 5 to 7 ft. Wave Detail: N 7 ft at 6 seconds and E
2 ft at 8 seconds.
.TONIGHT...NW winds 15 to 20 kt, diminishing to 10 to 15 kt after
midnight. Seas 3 to 5 ft. Wave Detail: N 5 ft at 6 seconds and E
1 foot at 9 seconds.
.TUE...NW winds 5 to 10 kt, becoming SW 10 to 15 kt with gusts up
to 20 kt in the afternoon. Seas 2 to 3 ft. Wave Detail: NW 2 ft
