Decreasing winds and seas tonight with a low threat for freezing
spray, will be short-lived as winds increase and potential for
moderate freezing spray Thursday night through Friday night. We are
keeping a close eye on a coastal storm Sunday that has the potential
to bring hurricane force winds along with heavy precipitation.
