a weaker secondary low tries to develop near Cape Cod. This
secondary low becomes the dominant low Wed south of Nova Scotia, and
eventually into a gale center Thu, as it heads towards Newfoundland.
Dry WNW winds prevail into Friday and possibly Saturday.
