A powerful Low pres near the Maritimes will move farther E over
the N Atlc with slowly diminishing winds and seas through tonight. A
much weaker low will pass N of the waters Wed. This will be followed
by another low pres tracking near the waters sometime late Thu into
Fri.
Coastal waters east of Ipswich Bay and the Stellwagen Bank National Marine Sanctuary:

.THIS AFTERNOON...NW winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt.
Seas 7 to 9 ft, subsiding to 5 to 8 ft. Wave Detail: NE 9 ft at
10 seconds and NW 3 ft at 6 seconds, becoming NE 8 ft at
10 seconds and NW 4 ft at 5 seconds. Light freezing spray.
.TONIGHT...W winds 10 to 15 kt. Gusts up to 20 kt in the evening.
Seas 3 to 5 ft. Wave Detail: W 4 ft at 5 seconds and NE 4 ft at
9 seconds. Light freezing spray in the evening.
.WED...S winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt. Seas 3 to
5 ft. Wave Detail: S 4 ft at 4 seconds and E 2 ft at 10 seconds.
