BOSTON CBP has noted the following:
 
Crew changes are being permitted.  Offsigner flights need to be vetted by CBP in advance.
 
Shore leave is permitted.
 
Cape Cod Canal Update:
 
Atlas Painting and Sheeting Corp. will be conducting bridge sandblasting and painting operations on the Buzzards BayRailroad Bridge over the Cape Cod Canal beginning 9 March 2026 through 31 December 2026. Scaffolding will reduce the vertical clearance from 135 feet to 130 feet MHW.

approaching cold front. This front crosses the waters late tonight
into Friday morning. Another high pres passes S of the waters this
weekend.

...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY IN EFFECT THROUGH FRIDAY AFTERNOON...
 
.THIS AFTERNOON...SW winds around 20 kt with gusts up to 30 kt.
Seas 4 to 6 ft. Wave Detail: S 4 ft at 6 seconds. A slight chance
of showers.
.TONIGHT...SW winds 15 to 20 kt, becoming W after midnight. Gusts
up to 30 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. Wave Detail: S 4 ft at 6 seconds.
Patchy fog. Rain. Vsby 1 to 3 NM, decreasing to 1 NM or less
after midnight.
.FRI...N winds 10 to 15 kt with gusts up to 20 kt. Seas 2 to
4 ft. Wave Detail: SE 4 ft at 8 seconds and NW 2 ft at 4 seconds.
Patchy fog in the morning. A chance of rain in the morning with
vsby 1 to 3 NM.
.FRI NIGHT...NE winds 10 to 15 kt, becoming N 15 to 20 kt after
midnight. Seas 3 to 5 ft. Wave Detail: N 4 ft at 7 seconds.
.SAT...N winds 15 to 20 kt, diminishing to 10 to 15 kt in the
afternoon. Seas 3 to 5 ft. Wave Detail: NE 5 ft at 6 seconds.
.SAT NIGHT...W winds 5 to 10 kt, becoming NW 10 to 15 kt after
midnight. Seas 2 to 3 ft. Wave Detail: NE 3 ft at 6 seconds.
.SUN...SW winds 10 to 15 kt with gusts up to 20 kt. Seas 2 to
3 ft.
.SUN NIGHT THROUGH MON NIGHT...SW winds 20 to 25 kt with gusts up
to 30 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft.
 
Seas are reported as significant wave height, which is the
average of the highest third of the waves. Individual wave
heights may be more than twice the significant wave height.
