BOSTON CBP has noted the following:
 
Crew changes are being permitted.  Offsigner flights need to be vetted by CBP in advance.
 
Shore leave is permitted.
 
Cape Cod Canal Update:
 
Atlas Painting and Sheeting Corp. will be conducting bridge sandblasting and painting operations on the Buzzards BayRailroad Bridge over the Cape Cod Canal beginning 9 March 2026 through 31 December 2026. Scaffolding will reduce the vertical clearance from 135 feet to 130 feet MHW.

A backdoor cold front will drop south across the waters this
afternoon, settling over RI and southeast MA later today. The front
should lift back north tonight before dropping south again Wed. Low
pres should approach the Great Lakes Thu and Fri.
 
 
Coastal waters east of Ipswich Bay and the Stellwagen Bank National Marine Sanctuary:

.TODAY...SW winds 15 to 20 kt, becoming N 10 to 15 kt this
afternoon. Gusts up to 25 kt. Seas 2 to 3 ft. Wave Detail: SW
2 ft at 4 seconds and SE 2 ft at 7 seconds. Numerous showers with
isolated tstms this morning, then scattered showers this
afternoon. Patchy fog this afternoon. Some tstms may produce
heavy rainfall this morning.
.TONIGHT...E winds 10 to 15 kt, becoming S 15 to 20 kt after
midnight. Gusts up to 25 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. Wave Detail: SW 3 ft
at 4 seconds and S 3 ft at 8 seconds. Patchy fog. Scattered
showers. Vsby 1 NM or less.
.WED...SW winds 15 to 20 kt, becoming N in the afternoon. Gusts
up to 25 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. Wave Detail: SW 3 ft at 4 seconds
and S 3 ft at 8 seconds. A chance of showers in the morning, then
showers likely in the afternoon. Patchy fog in the morning with
vsby 1 to 3 NM.
.WED NIGHT...NE winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 2 to 4 ft. Wave Detail: E
4 ft at 7 seconds and SW 1 foot at 4 seconds. Showers likely.
Patchy fog in the evening with vsby 1 NM or less.
.THU AND THU NIGHT...E winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt.
Seas 3 to 5 ft. Wave Detail: E 5 ft at 7 seconds. A chance of
showers.
.FRI...S winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt. Seas 3 to
4 ft. Wave Detail: E 4 ft at 6 seconds and S 3 ft at 4 seconds. A
chance of showers.
.FRI NIGHT AND SAT...SW winds 15 to 20 kt, becoming N. Gusts up
to 25 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft.
.SAT NIGHT...SE winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. A chance of
rain.

Seas are reported as significant wave height, which is the
average of the highest third of the waves. Individual wave
heights may be more than twice the significant wave height..
